What Form of Payment Do You Accept on International Orders?

We accept overseas/international payments through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. No other payments will be accepted.

Is My Package Insured Against Loss or Damage?

Yes, all of your shipments are insured under a private carrier although your package will not show that it is insured on the label. If you receive a package that has been damaged or you suspect that it has been lost, please email us for a repair or replacement.

Is My Purchase Guaranteed?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, in fact we guarantee it. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. We will be happy to either exchange your item or have you return it to us for a refund. Refunds will be made once we receive the item back from you in new, unused condition.

When Will You Ship My International Order?

We normally ship within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment, sometimes within the same day. Although rare, on occasion it may necessary to wait an additional day or two before shipping due to unforeseen situations.

What Shipping Service Will My Package Be Shipped With?

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we provide USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. Your package will be shipped using the level of service you selected upon check out. Other services and other carriers are available at an additional cost.

Is My International Shipment Trackable?

Sometimes. Priority Mail International shipments are usually trackable, although some countries may not display online tracking information. Shipments sent via USPS First Class Mail International are not trackable and the number on your package is a Customs Number which is not used for tracking. In some cases, the Customs Number can be used to confirm that your package was shipped, although this is not always the case.

How Much Time Before My International Shipment is Delivered?

Delivery times vary dramatically from country to country, but in almost all cases, your shipment will take at least 1 week and probably more. Most Priority Mail International shipments take from 6-15 business days. First Class Mail International can take from 6-20 business days and possibly as long as 6 weeks. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times. Will I have to Pay Import Tax?

Yes, most likely you will have to pay an import tax when you receive your item. It is not included in the price of your item. Import tax varies widely by country and it is your responsibility to be aware of your country’s import taxes before your order your item. Most countries have a small limit on the amount you may import without tax, usually around $20 USD, but this is not true in every country. Please check with your country’s Customs office or website for more information.

Will You Declare My Items on Customs Forms as Gift/s?

No. Your Customs Form declares all merchandise accurately and states the value as the amount that you paid for your item.
