Shipping & Delivery

We normally ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment, sometimes within the same day. Although rare, on occasion it may necessary to wait an additional day or two before shipping due to unforeseen situations. Most US shipments are shipped via the United States Post Office, with the following estimated delivery times:
Priority Mail - 2-3 business days
First Class Mail - 2-5 business days
Express Mail - 1-2 business days

International Shipments

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we provide USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. Your package will be shipped using the level of service you selected upon check out. Other services and other carriers are available at an additional cost.

Shipments sent via USPS First Class Mail International are not trackable. The number on your package is a Customs Number and is not used for tracking. In some cases, the Customs Number can be used to confirm that your package was shipped, although this is not always the case.

 Delivery times vary dramatically from country to country, but in almost all cases, your shipment will take at least 1 week and probably more. Most Priority Mail International shipments take from 6-15 business days. First Class Mail International can take from 6-20 business days, but may take as long as 6 weeks. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times. Estimated times may vary by a few days more, or a few days less and the shipping times are estimated in business days. If you are ordering from overseas, you will have to pay an import tax when you receive your item. It is not included in the price of your item. Import tax varies widely by country and it is your responsibility to be aware of your country’s import taxes before your order your item. Most countries have a small limit on the amount you may import without tax, usually around $20 USD, but this is not true in every country. Please check with your country’s Customs office or website for more information. On your packages Customs Form we declare all merchandise accurately and state the value as the amount that you paid for your item.

Returns & Replacements

 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, in fact we guarantee it. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund. We will be happy to either exchange your item or have you return it to us for a refund. Refunds will be made once we receive the item back from you in new, unused condition.

Tracking Your Order

Orders from within the US can be tracked by using the Delivery Confirmation number that was emailed to you with our shipping notice. Just go to www.usps.com and enter your Delivery Confirmation number in the Tracking box. 

International Orders
In most cases, you will not be able to track your order unless your order shipped using Express Mail.
